## Description

Some areas within some private properties in Hong Kong are dedicated for public passage by an agreement made between the owner of the respective property and the Government\. A deed of dedication is executed for this purpose\.  
  
In addition, some of these dedicated areas may also be permitted for other uses as specified in the deed\.
