## Description

Integrated Community Rehabilitation Centre \(ICRC\) provides a continuum of community support services for persons with disabilities \(PWDs\) living at home and having intensive care needs\. It provides integrated day care and home\-based support services flexibly according to impairment level and needs of the PWDs, and provides support to their carers as well\.
