## Description

At present, there are a total of 23 subvented Parents / Relatives Resource Centres \(PRCs\), including five centres designated for carers of persons in mental recovery and five of which have been set up with specialised ethnic minority \(EM\) units\. Its objective is to provide community support for the parents and relatives / carers of persons with disabilities\. Parents and relatives / carers would learn how to take care of their family members with disabilities or with difficulties on upbringing, exchange experience and establish mutual support\.
