## Description

Transitional Care and Support Centre for Tetraplegic Patients \(TCSC\) provides time\-defined and goal\-oriented community\-based rehabilitation programmes to tetraplegic patients discharged from hospital/medical rehabilitation centre to facilitate their return to community living with a view to improving their physical, cognitive, communicative, behavioural, psychological and social functioning in a non\-medical setting\. Training and support services will also be provided to family members or carers of the patients to strengthen their caring capacity\.
