Integrated Community Rehabilitation Centre (ICRC) provides a continuum of community support services for persons with disabilities (PWDs) living at home and having intensive care needs. It provides integrated day care and home-based support services flexibly according to impairment level and needs of the PWDs, and provides support to their carers as well.

Integrated Family Service Centres (IFSCs), operated by the Social Welfare Department and subvented non-governmental organisations, provide a spectrum of services to address the multifarious needs of individuals and families of specific localities. With the guiding principles of accessibility, early identification, integration and partnership, the IFSCs are set up to support and strengthen individuals and families through delivering of services under the direction of 'child-centred, family-focused and community-based.

It provides persons with disabilities with specially designed integrated vocational rehabilitation services to accommodate their training needs. Through progressive and diversified vocational modules, comprehensive assessment, structured training programmes and continuous support services, persons with disabilities are provided with a variety of training programmes commensurate with their interests, abilities and talents for developing their social and employment potentials, preparing them for advancement to supported employment or open employment where possible.

Aided Child Care Centre (CCC) attached to Kindergarten (KG) aims to provide day care to the children aged from birth to under 3 in a safe, stimulating and learning environment. CCC providing KG education to children aged 3-6 in the same premises is monitored by the Education Bureau.

Aided Standalone Child Care Centre service aims to provide day care to the children aged from birth to under 3.

Parents with children receiving full-day aided CCC service can apply for CCCPS through their aided CCCs. Financial assessment is not required.

The Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities (Arts Fund) has been set up to subsidise eligible organisations for organising various time-limited arts programmes or activities for persons with disabilities (PWDs). The Arts Fund is administered by the Secretariat to the Arts Fund (Secretariat) of the Social Welfare Department (SWD), and overseen by a management committee (MC). The objectives of setting up the Arts Fund are to enhance arts knowledge of PWDs, foster their interests in arts and explore their potential through the provision of elementary and continuing arts programmes and help PWDs who have great artistic potential to strive for excellence and develop their career in performing, visual and creative arts.

Extended Care Programme is being operated in some Day Activity Centres to provide simple rehabilitation training as well as social, leisure and developmental activities for those trainees who could no longer benefit from prolonged or intensive training due to ageing or deterioration of health condition.
